The Garden City Co-op Petroleum Division is an energy division that focuses on:

Cenex, the energy brand of CHS Inc., is our major supplier of fuels and lube oils.
We also handle a limited supply of petroleum equipment including pumps, nossels, tanks, and misc. equipment.

Cenex Total Protection Plan
Cenex Total Protection Plan Warranty program covers new and used equipment. When you use Ruby Fieldmaster premium diesel and Cenex lubricants exclusively, you get up to 10 years or 10,000 hours of engine and transmission coverage for new equipment and 8 years or 8,000 hours coverage for used equipment.

We offer several different types of fuel contracts.
Cenex Credit Cards
Cenex offers several different credit cards depending on your needs (Fleet cards, Business cards, Consumer cards). All cards are accepted at any Cenex branded location. To apply, stop at any Cenex location and fill out an application or go online at Cenex.com and fill out an application.
Consumption Billing
An electronic monitor is installed in your fuel tank. The monitor records the tank volume periodically and sends a signal to a controller. When your tank's level falls below a predetermined level, an order is automatically generated for a fuel delivery. Currently this program is designed for transport loads. On the 1st of every month, billing is done on the amount of fuel used.
Lubricant Analysis Program
Cenex offers a lubricant analysis program. Oil analysis reports on 25 individual items to completely test and identify component wear, lubricant condition and overall component operating conditions. Regular oil analysis of the engine, transmission and other equipment components is a critical part of any professional equipment maintenance system.
Bulk and Packaged Lubricants
We offer a wide variety of Cenex lubricants. Lubricant categories include engine oil, tractor fluid, grease, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, industrial lubricants.
Farm & Commercial Deliveries of Refined Fuels
Garden City Co-op offers transport & tank wagon deliveries for farm & commercial accounts. Some of the products we offer are Ruby Fieldmaster, Cenex Roadmaster XL, Cenex Wintermaster, gasoline & renewable fuels such as ethanol blended gasoline and biodiesel fuels.
Other Petroleum Products
Some of the other petroleum products the Garden City Co-op handles are antifreeze, methanol, solvent, and kerosene.
